Rooted. Embodied. Trauma-informed.
A place to be fully seen—and grow from there.
I walk with people through identity, illness, and transition.
ICF-trained coach for nearly a decade.
I meet you where you are—no fixing, no forcing.
Honoring your body and brain as they are, while building systems of support that reimagine what is possible. We’ll explore sustainable ways of living, working, and relating rooted in your capacity, values, and needs.
College, career decisions, and just figuring out how to be a person can feel overwhelming—especially when it seems like everyone else got instructions you didn’t. This is a space for the questions no one teaches you how to ask. Who am I becoming? What do I want? Where do I go from here? Whether you’re overwhelmed by school, unsure about your path, or just trying to make sense of it all, I offer grounded, practical support to help you find your way—on your own terms.
Whether you’re exploring gender, stepping into queerness, or navigating personal shifts, this is a space to listen inward and move with self-trust. I support you in shedding what doesn’t fit and trying on more of who you are becoming.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come through logic—it comes through the body, through image, through feeling. This coaching weaves grounding practices, nervous system support, and ritual to help you reconnect and move forward from a deeper place.
There’s magic inside each of us that corrodes when not expressed. I help you open the channels.
FAQs
I offer holistic, trauma-informed coaching grounded in embodiment, creative practice, and deep listening. My work centers people navigating disability, illness, neurodivergence, queerness, trauma, and other experiences that often go unseen or unsupported. Together, we co-create a space where you can come home to yourself and take grounded steps forward—at your own pace.
I work with people of all backgrounds, but I specialize in supporting those who’ve learned to mask or hide—whether due to trauma, disability, neurodivergence, illness, or identity. If you’re feeling out of place in systems that weren’t built for you, longing for clarity, or simply trying to be more yourself, this work might be for you.
Not at all. While I have a special focus on folks navigating those experiences, I welcome anyone seeking aligned, compassionate, and creative support. If you’re drawn to my approach and feel something here might resonate, you’re in the right place.
Each session is a space for honest reflection, creative exploration, and practical movement forward. Some sessions may be structured and goal-oriented, while others may center spaciousness, grounding, or embodied practice, most of them are a blend of both. We move with what’s present for you, always honoring your pace and capacity.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or at a rhythm that works for you. We’ll co-design the frequency based on your needs, energy, and goals.
I have over a decade of coaching experience. My practice is shaped by deep study in nervous system rewiring, trauma-informed support, somatics, spiritual companioning and the power of ritual. I bring lived experience alongside formal training—and a deep belief in your wholeness.
My first introduction to coaching was an immersive training called the Conscious Leader which brought me deep into the value of a coaching mindset in 2015 and I was hooked. In 2017 I completed CoachRICE at Rice University- an ICF-accredited coach training program. Since then I have continued to study and apprentice, and have become mesmerized with peer support movements and studied with the Wildflower Alliance and Holistic Resistance. I have received the train the trainer certification for the Alternatives to Suicide Model and am a seasoned facilitator with Holistic Resistance and am a certified Touch Activist with the CUT project.
That’s okay—and actually, it’s a great place to begin. Many clients start unsure of what they want or how to name it. Our work can help you get clearer, gently and collaboratively, without pressure to “have it all figured out.”
Yes. I offer a single introductory session so we can get a feel for what it’s like to work together. If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about next steps from there. No pressure, no push.
You can reach out through my contact form or at xpeerkeller@gmail.com to schedule a free 30 min consult or first session. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here and see if we’re a good fit.
Yes. I believe this work should be accessible, and I offer limited sliding scale and free spots. If cost is a barrier, reach out—I’ll be honest about what’s available, and we can explore options together.
No—coaching is not a substitute for therapy, though it can be a powerful complement. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re looking for clinical support, I’m happy to refer you to trusted professionals.
I have struggled for many years with chronic pain, trauma, and confusion about my identity after receiving the label "Disabled person." I started working with Xander a year ago, and the growth and change they've helped me achieve around these struggles are deep and palpable. Xander approaches each session from a place of deep listening and compassion, and while they happily offer guidance, they always follow my lead, allowing me to go where healing is most needed in the moment. Xander is thoroughly focused and present throughout each session, making me feel held, heard, and completely respected. Their grounding and visualization exercises help me feel connected to all living things, which is very healing when you feel different and alone due to disability. They have helped me foster community and a new sense of self-empowerment, and are incredibly skilled at approaching challenges in creative ways. For the first time in my life, I'm understanding that my worth is inherent and that I have so much more to offer the world than I thought.
I was particularly impressed with how present and vulnerable Xander was in front of a group of strangers. They had nothing to prove, and yet disarmed the audience with their wit and candor. The skill and balance that allowed Xander to be able to share pieces of their story in a way that invited the audience to consider: relatable, concrete, and insightful narratives; joyful surprises; and the opportunity to question their assumptions without feeling threatened in any way. Language choice, tone, warmth of expression all help set the audience at ease, as members of the audience discussed later. In a time when we have fewer fellow citizens willing to reach out and understand each other’s stories and experiences, Xander is a welcome illustration of how we can be better together and lead by example.
I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance Xander provided to my kiddo during her time in her first year in college. As someone with ADHD, my kiddo had some challenges navigating academic and personal life and learning new study and time habits - which were often overwhelming, but Xander offered tailored coaching that not only helped develop effective study habits and organizational skills but also boosted their confidence. The strategies they worked on together were practical, and my kiddo saw immediate help in her ability to manage her time, and implement the strategies Xander taught. Thanks to Xander's coaching, my kiddo not only was able to tackle their studies but also learned valuable life skills that will continue to serve them well beyond college. Thank you Xander!
Xanders voice empowers through vulnerability, lived experience and wisdom and knowledge gained. From this vulnerability, Xander reaches out to others who are experiencing marginalization, isolation and disconnection, due to being different in our society, and creates interconnection, belonging and community. I spent twenty years homebound by chronic progressive illness. I am grateful for restored health. I am finding in Xander’s work, deeper healing for my years of physical struggle, and I am finding inspiration for my life and my work today.
Xander has been working with both of my young adult kids for 2 months and I’ve seen more progress and results than over a year of therapy. Xander is much more than a coach: they both felt understood and safe. The positive results (job offers and improved grades) speak for themselves. I am very grateful.
